Q1 .What are your delivery options?

 
A. We deliver throughout southern Johor area. You can view the shipping charges by selecting your delivery state after putting the items in your shopping cart. Delivery is RM20 per trip for southern Johor area. 
 
 

Q2. What are your payment options?

 
A. We take payment using the following options:
  • "Payment Gateway"
  • Credit/debit card including Mastercard, Visa 。
  • Cheque (cleared funds before dispatch of order)
  • Fund Transfer (local bank)
    • Bank: PUBLIC BANK BERHAD

Q3. Are your card processing methods secure?

 
A. Card transactions are processed by "Payment Gateway" secure servers. We do not capture card details on our own site. We do not retain your card details in any format.
 

Q4. How do I know if my order has been received?

 
A. You should receive an automatic email confirmation from us once your payment has been processed and a confirmation from either "Payment Gateway" to confirm a successful transaction. If you do not receive any type of confirmation via email and are concerned if we have received your order please call us at +60 18-779 3080 or email us at info@minaflorist.com.my and we will confirm if we have received your order.
 

Q5. What if my delivery doesn't arrive when expected?

 
A. The cut off time for orders to be processed for next day , delivery time range is from 10am to 5pm .
Orders received by us after 4pm will be processed on the next working day. Where orders are received at a weekend, they will be processed on the next working day ie. Monday with the exception of Johor Bahru’s public holiday.
 
Your oder are shipped by our frendly delivery man . In the unlikely event that a problem occurs with your delivery, or you do not receive your goods when expected, please contact us between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday at +60 18-779 3080 or info@minaflorist.com.my and we will track your order immediately.
 

Q6. How do I receive a tax invoice?

 
A. We will send ypu tax invoice by email or whatapp .
 

Q7. Can I collect my order?

 
A. You are welcome to collect your order from us; however, you must contact us for arrangement/appointment prior to pick up.

Q8. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?

 
A. Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
  • Please send an email at info@minaflorist.com.my with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
  • Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.
 

Q9. Can I customize my own flower bouquet or gift?

 
A. If you can’t find something you fancy on our site, just reach out to us at info@minaflorist.com.my or Whatapp us at +60 18-779 3080 We'll get in touch with you within the next working day to personalize your very own unique gift.
 

Q10. Can I choose to collect my order that was placed online?

 
A. For all self collection orders, the collection point would be at our 07-02, Jalan Setia Tropika 1/15, Taman Setia Tropika, 81200 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. Please collect your order on the date chosen during your check out process and during our opening hours.If you would like to collect your order earlier than your chosen date, give us a call at +6018-7793080.
