Cancellation must be made at least 1 working day before the requested day of delivery. In the event the order is delivered, cancellation will not be allowed. In cases which you request for custom made design to fulfill your order, once purchased, only 50% of your order value is refundable.  for cancellation , please email us at info@minaflorist.com.my.

If not satisfied with your order, kindly call us at +6010-838 9484 (Mon-Sun, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) or email to info@minaflorist.com.my within 24 hours of receiving your order.

For perishable items (fresh flower and cake), grace period for return is within 24 hours of receiving your order.

For non-perishable (balloon) products, grace period for return is within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Product must returned with original condition, quantity and packaging to our retail shop at 07-02, Jalan Setia Tropika 1/15, Taman Setia Tropika, 81200 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia.

Refund
We will issue a refund for your order within 14 days of receipt of your refund request.

A. For all self collection orders, the collection point would be at our 07-02, Jalan Setia Tropika 1/15, Taman Setia Tropika, 81200 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia.
